My job is to provide guest service in addition to operating the various attractions in Seuss Landing. However, my goal while working there is to make sure I make every child leave there with a smile, not a frown. To make sure the family enjoys their time together on the ride and not leave with any ounce of negativity in their aura. These goals are why I am proud to be a Universal Orlando Team Member.
