It’s ironic, but in many ways I handle things the same as you. I always over-book and am constantly running late (usually on purpose as well). I do thrive on the stress, but, like you, it has definately affected me differently in my 30’s. It’s been a struggle, but I am still working on making adjustments to make things easier on myself while still creating that sense of urgency.

Michael…I hate to break it to you, but you’re never going to slow down. It’s just not in your nature. You’re going to continue to push yourself to achieve as much as humanly possible – or in your case…”superhumanly possible” LOL You may feel the time crunch, but let’s face it, you thrive in those situations.
