Proposition 2 seeks to affirm legal marriage status to male-female marriages only. Moreover, the Proposition is so broadly worded, that it would likely – if passed – strike down any and all domestic partnership recognition in the state. This would apply to DP benefits from government and private enterprise alike. Ugly. If you favor equal rights under the law – is No on 2.
These are three states, with three fights for marriage equality. Take a moment to help in this fight, copy and paste the letter below and send to all your friends and family in these states to urge them to support marriage equality under the law.

This November 4th, we have a chance to affirm the equality of ALL people under the laws of our states.
Prop 102 in Arizona, Prop 8 in California and Prop 2 in Florida would deny gay people who love each other, live as families, pay taxes and seek to build their communities as healthy, caring and prosperous places to live, the right to marry.
Join me November 4th at the voting booth and Vote NO on these propositions! And please send this to all your friends and family in these states urging them to vote NO as well.
