JM,

I am glad it got you thinking and you will be putting them first. So important to do that.

It never hurts to bring a friend a Starbucks and just spend a few minutes chatting or maybe just get a hug that you need. :)

That is a very good analogy and important life lesson! Sometimes I struggle making time for the important people in life when things get crazy busy. It could definitely be more of a priority for me!

Daniel,

Life be crazy, right? What I love is that I hear you taking control of your life and not letting life control you. That is most important.

It is great to also know you are keeping a great attitude. You choose how you will look at things and I am glad to see you choose to look at them as opportunities.

Wow... That means so much to me right now. I have so many things going on in my life right now... like... soooo many things and it seems every time I finally sit down to rest, theres something else... I'm in the middle of moving and doing repairs at the old place... while working 2 jobs and getting used to the new puppy (who I wish I could borrow energy from)... right now my day consists of... waking up at 6:00am leaving for work at 7:30 working until 5:00 rushing home (across town in rush hour traffic) and getting ready for job number 2 (while playing with the puppy)... work 6:00-10:30... going home and play with the puppy and clean/ pack/ do research for work #1, etc... it just seems like so much... I'm somehow handling it well... I keep reminding myself that in a couple of weeks I will be moved into the new place and I can rest for a while... It has taken a toll on my rest and really just me in general... but I stay positive...

Once I move I am planning to get things more solidified in my life (finances, school, etc...)... The principles in your post will assist in building a good foundation for this... thank you.
