You can learn a lot from a different perspective. I like to learn simple lessons from my Cat, Piper. Piper does things that are so simply and reminds how life can be so easy if we only change our perspective on how we are looking at things.

 One thing I learned from Piper is how to get attention. Sometimes when you need attention, if you meow loud and long enough people will take notice.

 Well I hope you won’t walk around meowing but it shows us a simple way to get our needs met, ask for it. When Piper wants attention she rubs up on your legs and meows and meows until you pay attention. You know what she wants because she tells you.

 How many times do you want someone to hug you or call you but we never tell them, instead we just hope they can read our minds and just do it. Wouldn’t it just be easier to say what you want? How are people supposed to know what you want if you don’t tell them. People are not mind readers so I hope you will start moving forward and stop being afraid to tell people what you want so you can get your needs met.
