This post definitely helps me with my perspective and looking at the big picture overall. They have made some small changes at work to my position and schedule recently and it is hard not to be frustrated since they are not in my favor. Looking at the big picture, I am working toward my education and an even better position so I have to remember the reactions I have and the work I put into now and my contribution to the big picture will serve me well in the steps to come.
