As we know this is the greatest shopping day of the year. I love Oprah’s favorite things so I like to share some of my favorite things each year to introduce you to some of the great things I have experienced through out the year:

1. iPhone – I do not know what I did without this!! I really love my iPhone and want to let everyone know I think it is so worth the price. I love the way it handles text messages like conversations simple to process. I love how easy it is to check my email from anywhere. Having your music with you is always nice PLUS you can add such cool applications to store information, make life simple and just fill the time when you are waiting in line.

2. Cirque La Nouba – I am a big fan of Cirque and Orlando happens to be home to the show that introduced it to me, La Nouba. It is a great show and every time I see it, it amazes me. I recommend you see it in person but you can not, they have released the DVD of the show. I think after seeing it, you might even enjoy the soundtrack as I do.

3. NAP Blanket – Have you ever touched this blanket at Brookestone? It is so soft and such a nice way to relax. Currently I am getting a new one for my bed. I do not know but once I feel it wrapped around me, I feel all the stress leave my body and just drift away to sleep. You will have to give it a try.

4. Lay It on Think – This is one of my favorite new body products I use. You can buy it at Bed and Body works and it is a great think lotion for all your dry parts. It goes on smooth and it has a nice light and simple scent. Right now, they even have it in a nice holiday body.

5. Happier – I have shared this book before but I enjoyed it so much I want to add it to my favorite things of this year. This book is a simple read but full of great activities to help you move your life to the journey of making it happier. It is all about changing your perspective and allowing you to live your life.

Those are 5 of my favorite things this year. What are some of yours?

That list is very personal and particular. I will have to think of my favorite things and all those things I have to be thankful for over the holiday season! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving and I wish you luck on finding some great deals today!

Lol! I bought Happier! I am not an extreme fan but I think its one of these books that you have to think about and re read. Additionally, it does require a lot of work from your part but it is fun!

    Fred,

Yes it requires you to do a lot of work. You have to put it into action. Not easy but a great lesson. Love it!
