This is week twenty in my and Nick’s personal “If… Project” in which we answer questions from the book “If… (Questions for the Game of Life)”
There are 125 pages of this book, each with four questions. I plan to take one page each week and answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as I am able. In addition, I invite you to answer the questions along with me, whether it be in the comments section, your own personal blog, or just within your own thoughts.
Perhaps in doing so, we will get to know each other better, but even more importantly, get to know ourselves better.
This week’s questions:
If you could bring back any past leader of your country to run the country again, who would you want?
Clinton. I know not everyone was happy with his scandal but the economy was rocking back then. We need someone like him to turn things around like he did last time. We need change and we need it now!
If you could own any building in existence, which would you pick?
I have never been to New York and I do not know if this building is even in a nice neighborhood but I have always loved the Flat iron building. I think it would be a great building to own and it would be fun to live in.
If you could choose exactly what you will eat and drink for your last meal before death, what would the menu consist of?
How sad is this knowing it would be your last meal. I know it would breakfast since it is my favorite meal of the day. Maybe my sister’s french toast or my mom’s crepes. Maybe just a Cinnabun. That would put me in a sugar rush for my last day. It could be any breakfast food. Would even be better if it was a huge brunch! What is funny is I have always said I didn’t want a funeral but all the people who loved me to get together for brunch.
If you could own any one existing sculpture from anywhere in the world, but not the right to sell it, which one would you want?
There are so many wonderful for sculptures out there. I have two I would love to own. They are both so different and on different coasts of the US.
One is the Portlandia:
And the other is the LOVE sculpture found in Love Park:
Those are my answers to this week’s questions. What are yours?
