This is week nineteen in Nick and I’s personal “If… Project” in which we answer questions from the book “If… (Questions for the Game of Life)”
There are 125 pages of this book, each with four questions. We plan to take one page each week and answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as we are able. In addition, I invite you to answer the questions along with me, whether it be in the comments section, your own personal blog, or just within your own thoughts.
Perhaps in doing so, we will get to know each other better, but even more importantly, get to know ourselves better.
This week’s questions:
If your home were to be totally destroyed by fire but you could save just one thing, what would it be.
I am going to assume Piper is saved already. I would grab my Teddy bear and Boo Boo Kitty from when I was a kid. You can replace memories like that. I actually have a box they are with other items that should be saved. I would just grab the box. You can not relive your past but you can remember it and I wouldn’t want to let it go.
If you were to have your friends, in private, attribute a single quality to you, what would you want it to be?
I would want them to attribute a wonderful heart. I would love to know they thought I was loving and a true friend. That is most important to me. I want to know I made a difference in their lives in a positive way.
If a photograph of one part of your body were to be used in an advertisement, which part would you want to be used, and for what product or service?
People always comment on how dark my eyes are. I do not think I would want that in a ad but it is something people talk about. I think I would pick my smile. I think it truly represents me. It would be nice to know I was representing smiling.
