I get asked a lot about how to be happy, when will I be happy, or will I ever be happy?

I really love this quote from my Happines Now calendar:

The only difference between “happiness is nowhere” and “happiness is now here” is not the event, but how you see the event.

Perception is the key.

I promise you there is not a destination called happiness. You will spend your whole life working to be happier. Happier than you are now and why wouldn’t you? Who doesn’t want to have MORE happiness in their lives. It is a journey we will be on forever because we want to grow and we want to achieve.

The key is to realize you are happy right now. YOU ARE HAPPY. You just want to be happier and it takes time, goals, work and believing to make this happen.

A good life coach wouldn’t hurt either.
