When someone can be shown that we are all just people, trying to do our best in life and be happy, it will be an eye opening experience. There would be a countless number of “ah ha!” moments and “I get it now(s)!” which would make the world a lot better place to live in. Maybe “gay for a day” is exactly what the world needs, a cultural field trip that will soothe the hearts of so many who have been hurt by the ignorance of others.
