8. The first time I was put into a pool, I just started swimming
9. I quit the tanning bed because it is so bad for your skin

12. I hate wearing a suits and ties
13. I am passionate about stopping bullying in schools and workplaces
14. I will not try on Crocs because I am afraid they will be so comfortable I will want to wear the ugly shoes forever

16. I love Big Brother but I only watch the last 30 minutes of the live eviction/HOH competition episode. The rest I get from spoilers online

19. On wii Fit, I love all the balance games and playing Super Hula Hoops

21. I use to put the Yankee Candle car jar, Midsummer’s Night in my car because it smelt like I had a hot guy in my car

26. I have been with Justin for 3 years and just meet the first member of his family this week

50. I am a huge voyeur. I love to watch people. I can spend hours staring out the window at night seeing what people are doing. My neighbors are lucky I don’t have a telescope.
51. I don’t like people to touch my belly button. It freaks me out!
52. When bored, I sometimes play hidden object games but I play them so much it makes me dizzy

79. In Kindergarten, the girl next to me stole my crayons, scratched my name off the box and said it was hers. When I told the teacher, she said I had to learn to share. I told the teachers if the point was for us to share why did we all have to buy our own crayons.
80. When in school, the Peck twins made my life hell by calling me names all the time. Later in life, they would model together and do homoerotic photos. How ironic?
81. My dad is not American. He was born on the island of Bermuda. So was my oldest sister.
82. I have only seen a few movies twice in the theater. Twister, The Craft, Clueless and Sex and the City.
83. Not matter what time I am supposed to get up, I always end up waking up at least 45 minutes before and try to fall back to asleep. I finally always start to fall back to sleep just as it is time to get up.
84. My mom wouldn’t allow me to watch MTV anymore when she saw the video for Vogue which premiered at midnight.
85. When I was a teenager, I would rent all the videos at Blockbuster with the adult content warning just to see what was so adult in them. It was never anything to talk about.
86. I suffer from motion sickness
87. Because I was home schooled for high school, I never got to go to prom. I kind of wish there was an adult prom I could go to. 
88. My first car accident was when I was driving home from Wendy’s and a woman hit me pulling out of the video store. I never went to that Wendy’s again even though it was right by my house. 
89. I do not give Piper cat nip because I think it is kitty pot
90. I have a birth mark on my back 
91. When I was 15 I had a personal trainer who pushed me so hard I damaged my kidneys and was placed on bed rest for 3 days
92. I am so addicted to my iphone. My whole life is basically in it. 
93. I live in flip flops
94. Once while I was taking a shower, Jehovah Witnesses came to the door and kept ringing the door bell over and over again. I opened the door dripping wet and naked and said, “WHAT!” I have never had a Jehovah Witness knock on my door since. 
95. Tide pens are my friends. I try to always have one with me or at least in the car
96. Justin and I hold pinkies to say we love each other
97. I get so excited when I get packages in the mail.
98. I love dolphins. I want to go back to Discovery Cove just so I can see and swim with them again

100 More Things About Me

Yes I am a life coach. That is what I do. Simple title. But everyone still asks me what I do. They are curious to see the type of coach I am, or how I define my career.

Many of you have asked me to explain exactly what I do with my clients. Well there are tons of things I do with my clients based on the results they want to achieve. But here is how I explain what I do for a living:

I empower you to dream, then make goals, and then achieve your goals to make your dreams a reality.

My coaching model is simple – Dreams – Goals – Reality. Three simple steps.

 What types of dreams? Well that depends on you. It is your life. What do you want?

Now I do this through my writing, coaching sessions, through lifework to help my clients and fun activities for self discovery and motivation.

What Do You Do?

Do I smile all the time?Yes I do. Everyone has something that they are known for. I have always been known for my smile. I think it is part of my personality. I enjoy being silly and having fun. I love to laugh and I love to smile.

I learned a great lesson about smiling. When you smile it puts other people at ease. So when I walk into a room, the first thing I do is smile. It shows people I am welcoming and I am approachable. I think this is why TONS of people randomly talk to me about everything every where I go. I can be in line to buy chapstick at Walgreens and the woman in front of me will tell me all about her new boyfriend she just met. I like it. You never know who your next conversation will be with.

Was I born with this smile?I wish I was. When I was around 15 I wore clear braces for about a year. It helped to straighten out my teeth. I always smiled before but it was time to fix my crowded smile. I had my wisdom teeth removed along with 2 others. Braces were not easy but it was well worth the struggles throughout the year. It was so nice having them taken off. My teeth felt so smooth and I finally wasn’t spitting on people or having rubber-bands fly off my teeth in to their laps.

Yes I know. I use to go by Mike and yes, I was once was that young and innocent. If you look you can even see an earring I wore like the guys from 90210.
