Hi Michael.....
Just wondering what your thoughts are, as a life coach, for a 55 year old gay man (old!), who is not out to his family, few friends, shy, never wants to go out and interact with other gay men, lonely and fearful of being hurt...again, overweight and a bit scared to move on.

Dear Michael, if I wanted to become a life coach what advice would you have for me? I have gone to a few web sites but the options are crazy. Any advice would be helpful thanks for your web site and your information.

Hello Michael,

Thanks for blogging about you, about your life and activities. Even though I don't always leave a comment, my morning routine when I get to work is load all the programs I need (for work :)), and then read your blog while I have my morning yogourt. So once again for great inspiration, laughs, reflections, etc.
I would like you to talk about coming out. What was your process like? What's your advice to clients, or even friends who struggle in this matter even when they have reached adulthood and independence. I've seen many many people, who have moved out of their parents house for years, and still are afraid of coming out to them, even to some of their friends. Or people who are very sealed about their preference at work, for fear that'll bring negative results. What's your thought about it, and what do you think is the best advice to give to people who still struggle on this?
Thanks and keep up with living your life outloud and sharing it with us!
