It's so hard sometimes to realize that you actually need to be selfish on occasion. And didn't we all hear our elders tell us to take care of our health? The one I'm still trying to learn is #3. It's just so darn troublesome. :-) But, I read in "Success Principles" by Jack Canfield the first Success Principle is: "Take 100% responsibility." I'm trying to use that to motivate me. It’s so hard sometimes to realize that you actually need to be selfish on occasion.
