Stop saying the following things to yourself:
- I am too tired
- I am too scared
- It will never happen
- It is not perfect
- What will people think
- I can do it tomorrow
- It will be better in…(one week, 2 months, 3 years)
- It is never enough
- I weigh too much
- They do not like me
- No one cares
- I do not feel loved
- I should give up
- I am getting old
- No one listens to me
- I wish I was like…
- I do not feel well
- I am bored
- I regret…
- I wish I was attractive as…
- I wish I was younger
- I will not say anything
- I am stressed
- I can’t sleep
- I am not happy
- No one wants me
- I wish my life was like (insert name)
- Nothing works out for me
- I am stuck here
- I am having a bad day
I am sure you can even add to this list. Today make the commitment to stop saying any of these 30 to yourself.
Replace them with statements that say what you really want.

this made me depressed.
