Gah I turn 30 in a few hrs.. Thanks for the list, like the others here it has made me feel ok about the big day. Doubt i’ll have a party as I have to work tomorrow but will enjoy a quiet few with friends and family on the weekend! Here we go!!

I turned 30 today! I really enjoyed this post. I felt a shift earlier in the year and realized that there are certain things about me that I’ve come to accept personality-wise. That was only the beginning…

I know that I’m finally settling into who I am, and I’m excited about what’s to come. Like item #29 on your list, why dread turning 30 when so many people don’t live to see their 30th birthday? Forever grateful.

Thanks for this GREAT list, i am so ready for my 30′s. I have 2 weeks…Grown&Sexxy Day is December 4th and i can’t wait! I don’t know why ppl dread turning 30, im looking forward to it. I think that your 20′s are your trial and error years and your 30s are to apply what you have learned and by 40, you should have accummulated some good things in life. This is gone be my decade of prosperity, wealth, love & marriage, kids, happiness, sophisticated fun, etc. I simply get excited when i realize how close it is. I am all aboard the 30′s Train plus getting older is a blessing and you get to live life the way you want to, you know who are by age 30 and you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone. Sounds like the good life to me. #team30s

I have procured all the materialistic objects that I had dreamed about. At 30, it feels they all give you pleasure but the ones that give you happiness is your accomplishment for which you dearly wanted. So all you who are here reading this blog, do that one that you always wanted to do, now that you are wiser

Lol! Gosh a minute ago and for this whole year I hated the fact I’d be turing 30 soon! February next year! But you’all made my day. Especially Michael, what you said’s really enlightening! Thank you to both Michaels and YES to Charlie Sheen too, hahaha! I will live my life by my own rules! Man everyone tells me I look 23, I don’t know what to do to look grown! I guess that will come when I’m 40!!

I am one month away from my 30th. I could’ve sworn I was in high school the other day. It hasn’t fully hit me yet. Like many others, my 20s went by fast!!!!

aaaaaah!!!! am turning 30 tomorrow…finally the dreaded day has arrived…it’s weird filling in my age as 30 in forms, I booked a ticket online for Sunday (18) and i put my age down as 30 and it struck me then…the 20s have flown past…no matter how much I tried to prepare myself mentally…i’m just not prepared…i wish something like the movie ‘Groundhog Day’ happens to me and tomorrow never arrives…I feel so old…I’m older than age limitations for a lot of jobs…and as per Indian standards I’ve crossed my sell-by date for marriage.

I had imagined myself to be in a good job with a husband and a couple of kids running around by this age…and I’m not close to achieving any of that…i’m still searching for THE job and my soulmate…

It’s scary…feel like i’m in a world of my own…the worst part is no one believes I’m 30…people say I look like i’m in my late teens or early twenties which gets really annoying at times…wish I looked my age atleast…baaaaaahhhhh!!!!!

I posted on this site for the first time last december…and then again 4 months ago…I don’t seem to have achieved anything I wanted to since then

I’m at my wits end!!!!
