    151. Worked as an extra on Sea Quest.

How could you leave that one out??

Ok, now my turn to shre something about me. Let’s see, I hate clowns, the word “creamy” and when people speak in texts. Example:” How could he do that, WTF!”
    Just say the words!!!

I too love the smell of gasoline. I can’t just hang out outside of Hess anymore though b/c with the rising cost of fuel, they are trying to charge me to sit and sniff. I once held a conversation with Kevin Nealon where basically I just kept saying his name to him over and over again. I am proud to be from NJ (no it doesn’t smell like raw sewage) and I miss the change of seasons.

  4. MichaelNo Gravatar on 27 Mar 2008 at 8:18 am #

I couldn’t cover my whole life in 150. Yes Seaquest was a fun time. :)

Look at you sharing a lot with me as well as some fun ones about you. A lot of people miss the seasons. I have never lived with seasons so I do not know what it is like but it seems like it would make life more interesting.

    I want to wear scarfs!

Wonderful list. Thank you for sharing! Happy 150th! Here is one. When you were little you said your “T’s” with the sound of an “F”. So my favorite word for you to say was Fire Truck and you loved pointing out fire trucks!

  6. MichaelNo Gravatar on 27 Mar 2008 at 11:03 am #

Thank you so much! Yes that is a good one from my past. Only my brother would know that! Mom has said she would panic when we were getting out as a family and a fire truck would pass by…

  7. ChrisNo Gravatar on 27 Mar 2008 at 11:44 am #

Very interesting! This took a minute to read, but was well worth it.

Interesting fact about me. I’ve always tried to overcome my fears. Growing up, I was bit by a spider on the bottom of my foot and I had been petrified ever since. Until one day, as I was laying in the grass near the reservoir here and I saw this relatively large brown spider crawling towards me. I developed this painful pit in my stomach and my initial reaction was to jump up and run. For some reason though, I did not move. Instead, I allowed this spider to crawl over me, up my arm, across my shoulders and neck and then down my other arm until it was back in the grass.

Since then, I’ve had a tiny fear of them, but nothing like it used to be. They still are not my favorite creature, but coming in close contact to one doesn’t send me into horror movie, girly shrills like it used to.

    ~Chris

Good for you! It is hard to face your fears but as you do it, they are not so bad! That took a lot of courage! Good for you!

Thank you for sharing with me. As I said, I am working on my fear of flying. Step by step. :)

  9. BeckyNo Gravatar on 28 Mar 2008 at 8:38 am #

That fire truck story is by far the funniest thing I’ll hear all day. I thank your brother for sharing that.

  10. MichaelNo Gravatar on 28 Mar 2008 at 8:52 am #

Yes it is a riot. I was glad he didn’t mention the song I wrote that was going to make me famous when I was 9.

  11. KarenNo Gravatar on 29 Mar 2008 at 9:41 pm #

What a great post!! Congrats on the 150 postings. #96 is hysterical. I don’t think I’d do that but I’ll have a little smile on my face the next time the JW team comes knocking. Like Chris, I’m afraid of spiders. I can’t even read his comment–yuck! I’m an ENFP like you and also an insomniac. I tell my friends that I’m the person they can call when they’re up at 3 in the morning.

  12. MichaelNo Gravatar on 29 Mar 2008 at 9:56 pm #

I am not surprised we share so much. :) You are my cousin! :)

  13. JeremyNo Gravatar on 30 Mar 2008 at 5:12 pm #

Not that it’s that big of a deal but 24 is a significant number for me. And, I’ll admit that I used to watch Jem and the Holograms. They have a lot of the songs on YouTube–including my favorite, “I Believe in Happy Endings.” I couldn’t remember the name of it, so I had to just keep clicking on various Jem clips until I found it. And am I right that as you get older, you tend to accept more of the quirky things about yourself?

Here’s two things about me: I loved The Mary Tyler Moore Show when I was younger (and still enjoy the DVDs) and I wish that I didn’t procrastinate so much (which usually ends up with a lot of clutter).

Oh, and I believe in reincarnation too.

  14. MichaelNo Gravatar on 30 Mar 2008 at 5:34 pm #

Jeremy I loved the song Jem sings with the dolphins, “Come on in the water is fine”. You will have to look it up!

Thanks for sharing too. It is a consistent battle for me to keep from getting clutter. I work hard on it but there always tends to be a pile somewhere. All I can do is try my best to reduce it a little more each time. And promise myself I won’t hide it in the closet! :)
